Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Hollis + Miller Architects is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our client relations and business development efforts in the Higher Education and K-12 market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple client relationships and projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and business development team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as needed to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Higher Education and K-12 markets.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing successful client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the architecture industry.
