Spectrum Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our underground and cable construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of these complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance and project success
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct regular project meetings and site inspections to ensure project progress and quality

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
