Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents
  • Plan, direct, and guide the electrical scope of work to meet business goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule
  • Coordinate with architectural trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage schedules and coordinate with stakeholders to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical construction and project management
  • Proven track record of safety and quality control
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret electrical plans and specifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
