Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dialysis Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Centers Dialysis Care. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patient status and implement and monitor the progression of care
  • Perform care coordination and patient education
  • Administer medications and other treatments, as directed by provider/physician staff
  • Monitor patients throughout treatment and document patient's responses to treatment requirements
  • Mobilize resources in complex cases to maximize patients' control and participation over his/her own recovery
Requirements
  • Active NY RN License
  • CPR Certification
  • Clinical nursing experience in a dialysis setting is preferred
