Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain enduring business relationships with clients.
  • Identify and resolve client issues and concerns effectively.
  • Facilitate open communication among clients, their customers, and our Client Relations Team.
  • Leverage product knowledge to promote additional products and services, assisting the sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Deliver personalized purchasing experiences and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and scheduling of installation dates.
  • Maintain accurate client contact information and ensure the correctness of purchase orders, reporting to Senior Client Relations Representatives.
  • Work alongside fellow Client Engagement Specialists and other team members to achieve sales objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or similar roles preferred.
  • Personable and dedicated to building strong relationships.
  • Charismatic demeanor that inspires colleagues and enhances team dynamics.
  • Results-oriented and self-driven to enhance interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits active listening and empathy towards client concerns.
  • Proactive in addressing and resolving unexpected challenges.
