Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic/Medical Surgical team on a PRN basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid state RN license.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current ACLS certification 30 days upon hire and maintain current (preferred).
  • Previous acute care hospital experience (preferred).
  • Ventilator management experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (preferred).
