Location: Wilmington, Delaware

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage innovative research projects focusing on liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques.
  • Utilize extensive experience in HPLC and LCMS to design and execute experiments that support product development and market implementation.
  • Enhance the technical capabilities of the applications team through the preparation of comprehensive data reports, technical publications, and presentations for scientific conferences.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior scientists, fostering a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in chromatography, with a strong publication record.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting analytical instrumentation and interpreting chromatographic data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-facing approach.
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing project timelines effectively.
  • Familiarity with biochemistry is advantageous.
