About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced High-Rise Construction Operations Manager to join our team at KW Property Management & Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of high-rise building construction projects from start to finish.

Job Summary

The High-Rise Construction Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing the project schedule, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and overseeing the installation of necessary systems and finishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, including creating Gantt charts and resource allocation plans.
  • Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work, and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards, and identify and address any defects or issues promptly.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures as needed.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks, and conduct regular safety training for staff and contractors.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in high-rise construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as OSHA certification, is an asset.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
