Electrical Infrastructure Specialist Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Jobot. As a Licensed Electrician, you will be responsible for safely performing job aspects related to the setup and maintenance of electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Compliance Inspections: Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual compliance inspections as required to ensure electrical infrastructure meets safety standards.
  • Implement Electrical Wiring Plans: Develop and implement electrical wiring plans for warehouses, offices, equipment, and other electrical systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Install Electrical Components: Install electrical components, including apparatus, fixtures, safety devices, and distribution components, to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly.
  • Prevent System Breakdowns: Perform routine inspections, replace old wiring and cables, and clean circuits to prevent system breakdowns and ensure electrical infrastructure remains safe and efficient.
  • Troubleshoot and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair or replace damaged units to address hazards or malfunctions, ensuring electrical infrastructure remains safe and functional.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Adhere to Company/Terminal Policies and Procedures when accessing or working in the Terminal to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Track Inventory: Track inventory used and needed for tasks, and request components as necessary to ensure efficient operation.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Electrician: Must be a licensed electrician with the ability to safely perform job aspects related to the setup and maintenance of electrical infrastructure.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to Lift: Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
