Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at WK Kellogg Co. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve electrical-related issues and improve overall plant efficiency.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
