Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Picker to join our Operations team in Fort Wayne, IN. As a Picker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution centers and warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain picking lists or task group assignments from leadership and input orders into the production system.
  • Pull and verify the correct number of each item from shelves based on task assignments using paper, radio frequency (RF), or voice-activated processes.
  • Scan orders out of production when completed and push carts to the correct staging area.
Requirements
  • 6 months of consecutive work experience.
  • 6 months of work experience that included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, and typing/keyboard.
