Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and passionate martial arts instructor to provide daily instruction to students of various ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a fun and safe learning environment.
Responsibilities- Provide daily martial arts instruction to students aged 4-18 with varying skill levels.
- Demonstrate martial arts techniques, explain principles, and provide feedback on student progress.
- Supervise students, ensuring their safety and well-being, and enforcing martial arts rules and regulations.
- Organize and prepare daily lesson plans in a creative and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to achieve a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Exhibit Impact Dojo's core values and adhere to company policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children.
- Martial arts teaching experience (1-5 years minimum) required.
- Teaching certification (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
