Clinical Supervisor for Pediatric Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Nurse Leader to join our team at The Pediatric Connection. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our pediatric clients.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Client Care: Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Documentation and Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation, maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Education and Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license and a minimum of one year of recent RN experience, preferably in pediatric care.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage a team.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic charting and review, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
