Job Summary

As a key member of our healthcare team, the successful candidate will utilize the nursing process to coordinate patient care, ensuring a holistic and systematic approach to meet the needs of patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient readiness to learn and develop individualized teaching plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, nurses, and other medical professionals.
  • Adhere to hospital policies related to medication safety and patient care.
  • Anticipate and intervene in situations related to patient and staff safety.
  • Consistently meet work schedule and role model therapeutic communication.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and take a leadership role in building a supportive team environment.
  • Develop and implement plans of care that adapt to changing patient conditions.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to provide effective patient care.
  • Seek out additional learning experiences to enhance practice area knowledge.
  • Utilize technology correctly for patient care delivery and mandatory programs.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Single State or Multi-State.
  • CPR/AED/BLS certification.
