About the Role:

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is between $45.65 and $84.03 per hour, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors. Additional compensation opportunities, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, and overtime, may also be available.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to address the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between treatments
* Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care strategies
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
* Graduation from an accredited nursing program
* Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
* National Provider BLS certification
* 1 year of oncology nursing experience preferred
