Job Title: Lead Educator

Reggio's Treehouse LLC is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lead Educator to join our team. As a Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of our young learners.

Job Summary:

The Lead Educator will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that cater to the individual needs of our students. You will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director to ensure that the standards set by Reggio's Treehouse and State Licensing are met in an organized and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver lessons that align with the Reggio Emilia philosophy and cater to individual student needs
  • Monitor, record, and assess student progress and development
  • Provide immediate and appropriate responses to student needs
  • Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches, and professional knowledge
  • Liaise with the Director to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum to specified classes
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children
Qualifications:
  • CDA or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields is preferred
  • At least 1 year working experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten, or early childhood program
  • Experience in a Reggio Emilia inspired school is highly desirable
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
