Role Summary:
- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a float capacity plays an essential role in delivering high-quality healthcare services within a community health setting. Operating under the direction of the Health Center Administrator, the LPN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and treatment to patients, ensuring clinical support and technical assistance to medical professionals.

Health Center Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-visit preparations for each scheduled patient appointment.
- Assist healthcare providers during patient consultations, including rooming patients, documenting medical histories, and recording vital signs.
- Administer and document medications and procedures as prescribed by the medical provider.
- Offer health education and counseling to patients, supplying necessary resources for ongoing care.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations regarding hazardous materials.
- Maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and restocking of supplies after each patient visit.
Perform all patient care duties in a manner that prioritizes safety and minimizes the risk of healthcare errors.
Team Collaboration:
- Work effectively within a team by providing constructive feedback and supporting collective goals.
- Encourage team members and collaborate with patient care teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and enhance efficiency.
- Demonstrate adaptability in response to changing demands and environments.
Accountability:
