Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

At PowderMonarch LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our Retail Sports Shop team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the shop, including product purchasing and display, staff management, inventory, and financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily deposits, ordering, sales forecasting, buying plans, budget tracking, cost of goods, and inventory.
  • Strategically merchandise all Retail locations to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain the inventory, condition, and organization of department supplies, properties, and facilities.
  • Approve voids, exchanges, and cash overages/shortages.
  • Operate within budgetary constraints and contribute to departmental budget and capital proposals for the following season.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Age: 21
  • Valid driver's license with a good company insurable driving record
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years supervisory and retail sales experience (ski industry preferred)
  • Legal citizen of the United States or possess other proper work permit authentication.
What We Offer:
  • Compensation: Begins at $55,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience/length of service.
