We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist I to join our team at MedStar Harbor Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medication management and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and interpret physician orders to ensure accurate and thorough medication dispensing
Assess patient profiles to determine contraindications and screen medications for appropriateness
Participate in monitoring drug therapy under the supervision of a clinical pharmacist or above
Provide technical supervision of support personnel and oversee workflow to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

Doctoral degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent from an accredited college of Pharmacy
1-2 years of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting
RPH - Registered Pharmacist Licensure in the state of Maryland
Board certification preferred
