About the Position

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $60,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Partnerships in Child Care program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local early childhood organizations and community leaders.
  • Collaborate with staff to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in early childhood education, including management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Criminal background clearance and a valid driver's license required.
