About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth for children aged 6 months to 3 years.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum, ensuring age-appropriate activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education.
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress, including developmental milestones and any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication throughout the day.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in physical activities with children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
