Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler III to join our team at Coghlin Companies Inc. As an Electrical Assembler III, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating electrical assemblies using company-supplied hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly Operations: Work from written instructions to assemble and fabricate electrical assemblies using a bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
  • Electrical Panel Fabrication: Assemble electrical panels and electrical boxes, and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Integration and Testing: Integrate sub-assemblies, electrical panels, chassis, power supplies, and connecting cables, and conduct final assembly, functionality testing, hi pot testing, and final calibration.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect and calibrate final products as needed, and ensure that all work meets the highest standards for quality.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage the work of teams, ranging from 2-8 people, and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED with experience, prefer technical school.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, focus, and highest standards for quality; experience working effectively with customers; PC hardware, software installation, and configuration experience; good communication skills (English), both written and verbal.
  • Experience: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, analyze problems, and offer solutions; clean room environment experience a plus; experience with complex panels, multiple components, and large wire run lists.
