This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of the market, customers, technology, and competitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth and differentiate our offerings in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, technology, and competitors.
- Lead the development of product roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product plans.
- Provide regular updates to the Executive Team on product progress and performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Support sales efforts by providing training and sales tools.
- Work closely with Systems Engineering to ensure product requirements are met.
- Lead the development of marketing copy and review all product content.
- Support proposal development and review compliance matrices.
- Communicate with and support all operational aspects of the business.
- Earn the trust and respect of internal stakeholders and strategic customers.
- Absorb and obtain mastery of the Public Transit Industry with a focus on bus transit Maintenance and Operations.
- Develop and implement a new pricing and packaging strategy.
- Update all proposal library content.
- Transition and manage third-party partner relationships.
- Deliver software on time or early to meet payment milestones.
- Contribute to business development and close business opportunities.
