We are currently in search of a seasoned Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager. This role demands a commitment of 40 hours per week and is based in our Tempe office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage large-scale projects or collaborate with other civil engineers as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Engage in engineering design tasks, prepare comprehensive reports, develop project plans, and create specifications and cost estimates for various water and wastewater infrastructure initiatives.
  • Oversee project progression from initial conception through to final execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate within a team setting, contributing to studies, detailed designs, and engineering services during construction phases.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members to facilitate the completion of design tasks.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Civil Engineering and a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license are mandatory.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in water and wastewater design, with at least five (5) years in project management roles.
  • Experience should encompass the design of treatment facilities, collection systems, booster and pump stations, as well as water, reclaimed water, and wastewater master plans.
  • Proficiency in construction-related engineering services, including the ability to review shop drawings and respond to requests for information (RFIs).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
