Working on site at one of our client's locations, you will be responsible for supporting their IT needs by performing various tasks such as imaging laptops/pcs, packaging equipment for shipping, and troubleshooting hardware issues.

About the Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Following specific written work instructions to efficiently provision and configure IT devices and prepare them for deployment based on customer requirements.
  • Basic kitting of equipment based on customer requirements.
  • Unboxing, reboxing, and processing equipment for shipping.
  • Cleaning, testing, and inspecting IT devices.
  • Escalating technical or other issues to your immediate supervisor.
