A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

In the role of Sales Development Representative, you will leverage your expertise to persuade customers to enroll in beneficial services. You will work in tandem with the Outside Sales team to generate leads and set appointments through phone interactions. Comprehensive support and training will be provided by regional managers. Proficient data entry skills are essential for documenting customer interactions and call activities in our system. Additionally, you will assist the administrative team by managing incoming calls for scheduling and resolving inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to commit to a 40-hour workweek
