About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineer to lead our Water and Waste Management team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating innovative engineering designs for water and waste water treatment facilities, water and sewer systems, pipelines, pump stations, remediation sites, and solid waste facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create advanced engineering designs to meet client project requirements, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Review and approve draft designs and reports for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Develop and implement firm policies and practices on all designs, prioritizing quality and safety.
  • Conduct site reviews and studies to ensure designs align with location specifications, leveraging expertise in computer-assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software.
  • Update design requirements as necessary, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related discipline, preferably from a reputable institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Expert knowledge of CADD 3D and 4D software and practices, with proficiency in multiple software tools.
  • Solid understanding of engineer principles of design, with expertise in water and waste management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

What We Offer:
