Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Regional Sustainability Manager for North America. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our company's sustainability journey in the region, ensuring alignment with global goals while addressing regional-specific challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sustainability strategy aligned with our global sustainability objectives.
- Establish a baseline and set priorities by conducting a thorough assessment of our current sustainability performance across the region.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their sustainability concerns and expectations, and develop effective communication strategies to raise awareness and promote sustainable practices.
- Collaborate with global sustainability teams and other regional teams to share best practices, leverage synergies, and ensure consistency in the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovation in sustainable practices, products, and services.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of sustainability-related experience in developing and implementing sustainable practices for technology or engineering companies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, such as environmental science, sustainability, or business management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 30% within the NAM region.
- A competitive salary range of $145,000 - $155,000.
