Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Louisville, KY. Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Progressive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a team environment. As a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' responses to interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
  • Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
