Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit to join our team in Louisville, KY.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Progressive Care Unit. As a Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Kentucky
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit
  • Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
