Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Software Architect to lead our engineering initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the development and implementation of essential technologies that drive our success. You will provide strategic technical direction and leadership, engaging in research, architecture, prototyping, and vendor collaboration to enhance our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; Master's degree preferred.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering or Architecture within the SaaS and cloud sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing high-level architectural designs and technology roadmaps.
  • Expertise in creating detailed system diagrams and flowcharts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including facilitating technical discussions across diverse teams.
  • Ability to tailor communication to various audiences effectively.
  • Proficient in researching and applying new technologies to our challenges.
  • Experience in building scalable cloud-based systems, including knowledge of RESTful APIs and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experience in the transportation industry is advantageous but not essential.
