Job Title: Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative at Reve Pilates studio. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with a warm and friendly attitude, making them feel valued and welcome.
  • Learn and remember clients' names to create a personalized experience.
  • Provide information about our packages, privates, and memberships, and effectively sell them to clients.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create a pleasant environment for both clients and staff.
  • Wear athletic leisurewear that represents our brand and promotes an active lifestyle.
  • Handle light housekeeping duties to ensure the studio is clean and presentable.
  • Ensure reliability by consistently showing up for scheduled shifts on time.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and managing payments.

Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in customer service and retail is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and the ability to effectively sell products or services.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
