Moberly Hotel Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning and Guest Services Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in all hotel rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Change and replace all bed linens and towels.
    • Sanitize and clean all restrooms.
    • Dust/wipe down all room surfaces, including windows, pictures, mirrors, electronics, appliances, and furniture.
    • Vacuum/mop all floors.
    • Restock all room amenities.
    • Ensure all rooms meet company standards.
    • Clean and maintain personal workstation by properly stocking it with sheets, towels, amenities, etc.
  • Guest Services
    • Offer guests assistance whenever possible.
    • Resolve escalated customer relations issues.
    • Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.
    • Respond to and follow-up on all guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotel's services and accommodations.
    • Represent and promote the property positively.
    • Ensure systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest safety and security.
  • Additional Duties
    • Complete daily housekeeping report.
    • Inform the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk staff when rooms are ready for new customers.
    • Report any maintenance, security, or safety issues to the appropriate staff.
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work with cleaning chemicals.
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25-50 pounds frequently.
