Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit proper swimming techniques and forms
  • Ensure that swimming lessons are engaging, safe, and effective
  • Tailor teaching methods to accommodate swimmers' ages, experiences, and skill levels
  • Maintain regular communication regarding progress with swimmers and their guardians
  • Act decisively in emergencies according to facility protocols
  • Uphold aquatic facility regulations
  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisors
Essential Qualifications:
  • Genuine passion for assisting others
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to swim a 25-yard lap in a 7-foot deep pool
