The Registered Nurse (RN) at Mount Carmel Health System provides high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, developing and implementing individualized plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness through evidence-based practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills, with experience using electronic medical records (EMRs) preferred.
