Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to support patients throughout their continuum of care
  • Instruct patients and their families on proper use of therapies, exercises, and equipment
  • Prioritize caseload and coordinate daily staffing needs
Requirements
  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school with a BS, MS, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Active Physical Therapy license in the State of Colorado
  • Current certification in BLS for HealthCare Providers
  • Successful completion of student clinical rotation or work experience in an acute care hospital, long-term acute care facility, skilled nursing facility, and/or acute rehabilitation setting
