  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • Understanding of fine dining principles and beverage service
  • Familiarity with state and local regulations regarding liquor, labor, and health codes
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred
  • Must obtain a Food Handler's certificate within one month of employment
  • Ability to analyze and generate daily reports effectively
