Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, and testing of HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform control rounds and inspections to identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems.
  • Carry out proactive repairs and maintenance to prevent system failures and downtime.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical operations and provide support as needed.
  • Document tasks and activities using mobile devices to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Relevant training or certification in systems mechanics, HVAC, or plumbing, or equivalent qualification as a career changer.
  • Desirable: prior experience in a similar role, but also open to career starters or technically savvy career changers.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on teamwork, reliability, and initiative.
  • Proficiency in German language at level B2 and a valid class B driver's license.
