As a vital member of our team, the Housekeeping role involves maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest accommodations to ensure a pleasant stay for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly cleans and sanitizes guest rooms and common areas
- Conducts vacuuming and sweeping of various floor types
- Arranges beds and replaces linens as needed
- Sanitizes bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops
- Restocks toiletries and towels for guest convenience
- Disposes of waste materials appropriately
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Willingness to learn and apply cleaning techniques
- Positive interactions with guests
- Collaborative team player
- Consistent reliability and dependability
Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping role is preferred
- Bilingual candidates, especially in Spanish and English, are highly encouraged to apply
