Requirements
  • Proficient in managing Microsoft 365 Business Suite, including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Mail Exchange Servers, Security Policies, Defender, Intune, and SharePoint.
  • Experienced in deploying and managing desktops, laptops, and other work devices for both office and offshore locations.
  • Skilled in managing vendors to provide user support according to agreed SLAs.
  • Experienced in procuring, maintaining, and providing support for equipment, including the sale of used items.
  • Solid understanding of networking, network equipment, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledgeable in managing both Windows and Mac-based devices.
  • Experienced with Mobile Device Management (MDM) setups for domain-joined devices.
  • Proficient in setting up and managing security solutions in collaboration with vendors.
