We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Records Administrator to oversee student records and registration functions at West Liberty University.
The successful candidate will create, maintain, and retain student academic records, process grades, and monitor academic standing while ensuring compliance with institutional and federal policies.
In this role, you will develop and assess plans, oversee records processes, and collaborate with administrators, student services, and faculty representatives on enrollment-related matters.
Key responsibilities include identifying capacity issues, performing other job-related duties as assigned, and leveraging strong interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, with a master's degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field preferred.
A minimum of three to four years of experience in registration and records at a higher education institution is also required.
We offer an estimated salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
