We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Care Clinical Director to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead and manage the health and wellness of our residents, promoting a high-quality care environment.
Job SummaryThe Senior Care Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our community, ensuring that all residents receive personalized and compassionate care. This includes managing the nursing team, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide seamless care services.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the nursing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and pharmacists, to ensure comprehensive care services.
- Monitor and report on clinical quality data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to infection control and medication management.
- Manage department budgets and financial resources effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current state license as a professional Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Minimum two (2) years LPN/LVN experience, preferably in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environments.
- Minimum one (1) year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applied nursing practices, techniques, and methods, as well as infection control practices and prevention of disease transmission.
Sunrise Senior Living offers a competitive salary package, including:
- $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
