Summary
PriceSenz is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Technician to provide essential support services for procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing deliverables, handling invoices, and providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and verifying contracts and associated documentation.
  • Edit and format procurement documents, correspondence, and memos.
  • Ensure documents are complete and comply with regulations and policies.
  • Validate receipt of requested items by reviewing packing slips and resolve unpaid invoice issues.
  • Enter data into tracking and reporting systems, including Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for purchasing files.
  • Maintain and run daily invoice reports to ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate with purchasing agents or contracting officers to resolve invoice problems.
  • Assist in follow-up calls to vendors to clarify invoices, payment issues, and discrepancies in orders or shipments.
  • Create and distribute closeout modifications, document purchase orders, and ensure all files are complete.
  • Perform purchase order closeout and maintain accurate procurement files.
  • Assist other staff members proactively as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
  • Additional Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
