Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Fitness Trainer to lead a group of women through their fitness journey and empower them to become their best selves. This part-time position is perfect for students, athletes, or fitness enthusiasts looking for a flexible schedule.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of fitness training background, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong ability to self-manage time. They will be responsible for conducting classes, answering questions about membership, and recommending the proper membership based on the ladies' goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Arriving early to prepare and set up for class
- Setting up the workout area and ensuring all equipment is in working order
- Cleaning up the floor and equipment before and after class
- Turning on the music and ensuring the timer is set up and working well
- Conducting the class and engaging with the ladies
- Answering questions about membership and recommending the proper membership
Qualifications include:
- Minimum 1 year of fitness training background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
- Passion for health and wellness
- Team player
- Strong ability to self-manage time
- Creative problem solver
