Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Director to join our team at RE/MAX Town and Country The Ailion Team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Oversee the management of our office, including supervising lower-level administrative employees and ensuring that office protocols are followed.
  • Contract Assistance: Provide contract assistance to our transaction coordinators and other real estate team members, as well as filing all paperwork efficiently.
  • MLS Listings: Update MLS listings online and work with our marketing team to produce high-quality social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange for team meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Financial Management: Track office expenses, perform basic bookkeeping, and maintain our monthly budget.
Requirements
  • Real Estate Knowledge: While a real estate license is not required, knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems are required.
  • Education: High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
