Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers find what they need, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Help customers locate products, answer questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
- Engage customers on the benefits of our rewards program and private label credit cards, and assist with enrollments
- Participate in visual merchandising, including maintaining store recovery standards and ensuring a well-merchandised store
- Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to standard operating procedures and company policies
- Interact with colleagues in a positive and respectful manner, promoting a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
