Female Pelvic Medicine Specialist

Position Overview
St. Joseph Humboldt County is in search of a board certified or eligible Urogynecology physician to enhance our esteemed and collaborative medical team. This role presents a significant opportunity for professional growth while contributing positively to patient care.
- Completion of residency in either Urology or Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
- Certification in the primary specialty and eligibility or certification in the subspecialty.
- Full-time commitment with a primarily Monday to Friday schedule.
- Preference for experienced candidates, though exceptional new graduates will be considered.
- Majority of work will be outpatient with occasional inpatient consultations; expected to spend an average of 1-2 days per week in the operating room and 2-3 days in the clinic.
- No formal on-call duties; the physician will handle inpatient consultations at the hospital.
- Compensation ranges from $343,767 to $485,025.
- The stated salary represents the initial compensation range and may include bonuses based on productivity, quality, performance incentives, and other forms of remuneration as applicable. Additionally, providers typically receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and various benefits from their medical group employer.
