Position Overview

Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a board certified or eligible Urogynecology physician to become a vital part of our esteemed medical group. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for professional growth while making a significant contribution to healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completion of residency in Urology or Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery
  • Certification in primary specialty and eligibility or certification in subspecialty
  • Full-time role with a primarily Monday to Friday schedule
  • Preference for experienced candidates, although outstanding new graduates will be considered
  • Predominantly outpatient care with inpatient consultations; approximately 1-2 days per week in the operating room and 2-3 days in the clinic
  • No formal on-call duties; responsible for inpatient consultations at the hospital
  • Compensation range between $343,767 and $485,025 annually
  • The stated salary represents the initial compensation range and may include bonuses, quality and performance incentives, stipends for hospital/ED calls, extra shift incentives, and other applicable cash compensation. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer.
