Collaboration with community stakeholders and referral networks is essential to ensure seamless care for clients. Responsibilities also include managing crisis hotline inquiries, conducting crisis evaluations, and developing effective intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the crisis intervention team, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with program guidelines and best practices in crisis management.
  • Facilitate partnerships with community organizations to enhance client care.
  • Oversee crisis hotline operations and perform comprehensive crisis assessments.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention plans tailored to individual client needs.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Current licensure or certification as a Mental Health Professional.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in crisis intervention or a related area.
  • Proven experience in providing clinical supervision and support.
  • Strong skills in crisis assessment and intervention techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
