Job Title: Shift Leader

As a key member of our Crew, the Shift Leader plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring a quality product is presented in a fresh, hot, and mouthwatering display.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of foods that require minimal preparation time, taking orders from guests and serving patrons at counters or tables.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation, health, and safety in work areas.
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles with precision and efficiency.
  • Cook the exact number of items ordered by each guest, working on multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Serve orders to customers at windows, counters, or tables with a smile.
  • Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases to maintain a well-organized environment.
  • Order and take delivery of groceries and supplies in a timely manner.
  • Complete Food Handlers Course or Serve Safe Certification/Food Managers Certification as required.

Required Skills:

  • Fluently speak and read English to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
  • Count money and make change accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate restaurant equipment with confidence and precision.
